With our Managed Servers solution, we’ll take care of that for you. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–built server monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a problem, our skilled engineers will be alerted instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the simplest job in this world. You will either have to use a separate server or your computer, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party tool. We offer a considerably easier solution with our Managed Servers offer. We’ll make a full backup copy of your VPS server once a week, so you never need to worry about losing important information. Last but not least we can always restore a backup very fast. All our backups are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically infinite number of options, you will often need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Servers offer, which allows you to call for any of our practiced technical support engineers to install any kind of software program and to fix any issue that you’re having with the Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
